O'Ban

Watch the carnival of light stream through the platinum madness
The world inverted in the perfect curve of polished glass Inhale the fumes, sinuses fiery, gasp, aghast with clarity
Bend over the snifter like an angel descending upon a lake of
fire
Plunge your head into the madness, streaming bubbles
Come up sputtering, skin burning, being born
Shake your wings vigorously loosing droplets of golden poison
Spin in lazy circles, waterbug in warm June sun
Quit your job, divorce your wife, confess beauty, laugh at God
Wake up on the shore, gentle caress of flirtatious breeze
Pay the nice lady and don’t forget your hat
